Keep the rules visible
Ranking sites get thin fast when they hide the scoring logic. These pages explain what feeds the build and where the limits are.
Tier_1 pages run at scale here. Tier_3 stays capped to a manual allowlist, stays out of the main hero, and does not control the homepage tone.
That keeps the site in directory mode instead of letting one risky slice hijack the whole build.
